How to Order Flowers
Ordering flowers with us is simple, whether you'd rather do it online or send us a message directly. Here's everything you need to know - from placing your order to what happens after.
Placing your order online
- Browse our categories and pick the bouquet you'd like to send
- Click "CONTINUE".
- Fill in the order form - sender details, recipient details, delivery address and date - then review everything and click "CONFIRM"
- Select your payment method and complete checkout
You'll get an email confirmation shortly after your payment goes through. Need a sales receipt too? Just email us and we'll send one over.
Prefer to order another way?
If typing out a full order online isn't for you, message us directly on email, Facebook or Instagram instead. Include your name, phone number, email address, the recipient's name and phone number, delivery address, delivery date, and any card message you'd like added.

Direct bank transfer (Naira account)
Your card details stay secure - they're only ever visible to the processing bank, never to us. Every transaction runs through SSL encryption and 3D Secure, the same protections used by leading payment providers worldwide.
When we deliver
Delivery runs daily: 9am–7pm Monday to Saturday, and 12pm–5pm on Sundays, local time. Got a specific request? Let us know in advance and we'll do what we can to accommodate it.
Need it today? Place your order before 6pm Monday to Saturday, or before 4pm on Sunday, to lock in same-day delivery. Orders placed after these times go out the next available day.
Delivery is a flat ₦4,500 - no hidden extras.
Once your flowers have been delivered, we'll follow up with an email confirmation, usually within a few hours (occasionally up to 3). If anything causes a delay, we'll let you know by email right away.
